Interpersonal Process Groups

Group therapy offers a supportive space where individuals come together to share concerns, explore personal challenges, and learn from one another. Through this process, you'll gain insight into your own experiences and develop healthier, more meaningful relationships. Group members support each other in building self-awareness and learning practical skills to navigate life’s difficulties.

In a typical 90-minute session, participants are encouraged to openly express their thoughts, feelings, struggles, and goals. By engaging authentically, you not only deepen your understanding of yourself but also play an active role in supporting the growth of others. Over time, the group becomes both a mirror and a resource—fostering healing, connection, and lasting personal change.
